Order Production and Dispatch
Most orders are made to order please expect a lead time of 2-3 weeks before shipment is made via FedEx or UPS. Adult signature is always required to receive a Kohn Trading Co. order package.
For gemstone jewelry pieces, lead time for the procurement of the main stone and its certification may be needed. Please allow an additional 2 weeks for gemstone procurement in such cases. We will contact you via email to inform the production process for all made-to-order gemstone orders.

14 Days Return and Exchange for non-gemstone pieces. Gemstone jewelry pieces where main gemstone is procured for production cannot be returned.
Taiwan
7 Days Return and Exchange for non-gemstone pieces. Gemstone jewelry pieces where main gemstone is procured for production cannot be returned.

All Kohn Trading Co. orders of design fine jewelry come with a signature white gift box where your design fine jewelry is packaged securely inside. Additional gift wrapping of the gift box is not provided.
